EVERGREEN: Trade Halt

Now, I am not going to be righteous about “this is the right answer”, but I’m looking at the problem and see a solution. Not saying others have not seen the solution, but from a certain perspective, this might be the right way.

a) Two “pulls”, one on the rear, one on the stern; in opposing directions; concurrently.

b) The “pull” on the rear should account for the fact the “puller” is going against the current. Eg. Force applied on Rear Pull should be GTE to the Force applied on Stern Pull. Leverage being the concept that the further away force is applied from the hinge off a door, less work need be applied. The “hinge” in this case is the stern.

c) Both “pullers” should use more than just the leverage (depicted in the edited aerial shot); another form of creating mechanical advantages is pulleys.

Anyways, just a thought. If you have comments, additions, or anything else, feel free to add them!

Updated: assumption is that there are other huge boats queued and able to be modify for towing. $400M an hour and they are using fishing boat!?
